@RanaeVankirk Please don’t be so naive that it puts your life in jeopardy. There’s a reason this guy is in custody that you don’t know anything about. There’s a reason he had on a monitor and he was being supervised, although not too well, I see. Please don’t get involved with people in State custody. For one thing, it’s a crime and one that could be compounded with other crimes if you fall prey to his nonsense.

He is actually a very nice guy I met him a few days ago when he was working holding signs at the end of my street on Clifton and Lucerne and he asked me for a cigarette and I ended up talking to him and looks are deceiving because the man is very sweet and nice I think he just had a lot of bad luck as a juvenile and now he’s finishing his sentence in work release but has gotten into trouble again by leaving work release but what do you expect when you put somebody halfway on the streets and then expect him to not want to just be free you know it’s kind of silly when you think about it if you’re putting somebody in prison and then letting them free on the streets with the regular job and money and temptations drugs everything like that you can’t expect somebody to stay you know 100% honest and loyal and trustworthy in that situation

We need to hold the State responsible for failure, they would do it to us. If this guy hurts some when he should have been locked up, what is the State going to do for you, nothing.

Sounds like he was working un-supervised. With multiple felony charges like he has.. WHY would he EVER be allowed on a work release UNATTENDED and UN-SUPERVISED???? Inquiring minds want to know!!!
