The sacrifices that each of you make are numerous, most go unnoticed by citizens, as well as your peers, but I want you to know that some of us do notice, we do care and we sincerely thank you. To the families of these officers, I also say thank you for your sacrifices as well, as they are also many. It is my honest opinion that Law Enforcement Officers and their families should have the same wealth and comfort as the highest paid athletes in the U.S., it baffles me that those who risk the most are paid the least, its a real shame.
