@Susan. What is “you know what”. Also why are we putting mental illness on all of these shooters. If you tell someone you are coming back and you can comprehend enough to go get your gun go back to the same place you were, because you are pissed. Then your mind is working ok. If you know how to count your money to sell or use Crack whichever reason the crack was present. Your mind is working ok.
