Provide some stats to back up you assertion that men “usually” are out a few years after murdering someone.

Also, please explain why the fact that most murders are committed by men should have anything to do with this woman’s case.

@obviously… you obviously are quite emotional lol! However, since you want to go there, the FACTS are that the VAST majority of murderers ( and other violent crimes, namely sexual assaults ) are done by men. Even still, men usually only serve a few years and stroll back out to continue killing, assaulting and r@ping. You far FAR less reason to be lashing out than the women that you want to whine about.

@Shay I agree! Regardless of the age, murder should carry adult penalties because everyone over 5 yrs old is capable of understanding that murder is wrong!!!!! Of course, there are exceptions, like severe cognitive disabilities, neurological disorders or disease., as well as a few others. @40 a person is still young and healthy enough in most cases to be a bigger threa than at sge 20.t

@Bob, my guess would be because of her age. If the crimes happened in 2019 and she is only 20 now, she might have still been a minor when it happened, and that may have different sentencing guidelines.

The prosecutor stated his or her belief. The judge decided she probably wouldn’t be especially dangerous 20 years from now.

I’m assuming she got a light sentence because it appears that in 2019 she may have been a minor. Regardless of age, heinous crimes such as murder, sexual assault etc., should automatically make them be tried as adults, IMO. Even still, I’ve noticed that in Escambia county, murders only serve a fraction of whatever they were sentenced to, anyhow. It is mind boggling.
