Maybe the driver of the Suburban dozed at the wheel. Happens fairly often. That and people plowing thru homes, sidewalks and businesses because they drove an automatic with one foot on the gas and one on the brake. No need to EVER do that. You NEVER want to push the gas and the brake at the same time so DON’T drive with both feet on a pedal unless one of them is on the clutch pedal.

Across the pond??? Here is an excerpt from a Chevy site,
“ Chevy Suburbans for the United States market are produced at the Arlington Assembly in Arlington, Texas.

The last Suburbans produced outside the U.S were the 10th-generation models. They were jointly built at the Arlington Assembly in Texas and Silao Assembly in Mexico.

Since then, the Arlington Assembly, Texas, has been solely responsible for producing and assembling Suburbans for the U.S and international markets.”
Don’t think Texas or even Mexico qualifies as across the pond.

Perhaps a barrier down the center of the grass median would prevent a vehicle from crossing into the opposing lane.

Several reasons can cause a vehicle to veer left.
Standing water on left shoulder in the passing lane can surely do it.
The passing lane is the worst option as the median and opposite traffic
are put at unexpected risk. Rain exacerbates drivability issues and excess
speed adds another set of problems. Slowing down and driving in the travel
lane ( outside lane) is a very good and considerate choice for you and other
other drivers and passengers!

Prayers for all,Suburban driver might have had a Medical condition.
Noticed an engine laying in median,,, the last wreck ( in Molino) also had an engine torn from vehicle,laying 50 feet from accident site.
What’s up with the across the pond assembly line ????Bailing wire for motor mounts ???
