@Twin pines…I reckon you and the others will have to fix the fence yourselves. Not being hateful but I’m not sure if anyone else is responsible for it…especially the FD. I’m not a big fan of HOAs either…I’m not HOA material…lol

I was wrong, I thought it was the county. However, there is no HOA. Prior to building, we were told there was a HOA. Then at closing, we were advised the HOA disbanded. So who owns the fence? I understand fire safety issues are a concern and I am glad it was contained. At the same time, residents have been concerned that we have to look at a raggedy, broken, now charred fence, trailers, and garbage all on the other side of the fence. Any advise how how to get the fencing fixed?

I believe that fence belongs to the Twin pines homeowners association, but I could be wrong. Seems like theres more pressing concerns than the fence though

I hope the county will repair their fencing now. It has been broken and damaged since the hurricane.
