I came on this scene as police & fire engines arrived. The semi pulled out of a parking lot onto a side street to be able to come out at the stop light. Unfortunately, the semi was unable to completely clear the oncoming lane while waiting for the green light. It looked like the car turned left onto the side street & was caught off guard as he could only see the tractor while turning & wasn’t able to see the trailer blocking the lane until it was too late. The car didn’t have time to stop before driving under the trailer.

Ouch.. The lack of skid marks, angle and damage makes me wonder how that one happened.
