These guys are often riding their dirt bikes and ATVs weaving in and out of cars and passing on the right side and going down the wrong way down Louis… pretty sure this exact one swerved in front of me last week nearly hitting me.

Automobile Insurance agents just can’t get a break ! Should we complain that our rates keep increasing? Driving if tough enough these days without worrying about non licensed (tagged) vehicles hauling tail in ditches & roadways etc. Law enforcement’s already got their hands full with other problems ! Can’t fix stupid!

The ECSO needs to start writing ticket for this, no tag, no insurance, no seat belt, ETC. I have seen them everywhere ( wedgewood, lincon park, ensley, warrington, west pens.

They run them things all over the roads out here with no regards for anyone else. And last time I checked it was illegal to drive them on public highways. But the laws may have changed, I don’t know

Iv also seen that atv a few weeks ago popping wheelies in the middle of the road along with two dirt bikes.

I had a go cart almost hit me head on around that area. Then they got mad at me and waved me off the highway cussing. It was a grown man so ridiculous.
