He does not have “mental health issues”. Just plain hateful. If the “estranged wife” who no longer lives with her husband should have taken her personal items, her children when she left.
He could apply for a burn permit. But if the inside still has toxi material then no permit.
There are environmental issues, how close is the property to other homes, etc.

@D. J. That is exactly what happened he was made they wasn’t t there for Christmas so he burned the house with his wife’s and his daughters things in there maybe he will get some prison time this time but he always seems to dodge the bullet. Even after he’s been arrested about nine times

@pitiful, yeah because wife owned half as well as assets in the home. You do not own anything by the way, even if you purchased a mobile home in full cash or your property. You are only leasing it through the state with property taxes and registrations. If you don’t pay either see how much you really think you own. Even if this was Shawn’s home paid in full he’d still get dinged by the state for burning it down. This is how the state runs, nickle and dime citizens.

This guy has problems.why would u burn your own home? I hope his wife stays awa y from him.but how can you get arrested for burning your home if you own it?
