You deserve much more then what TOC pays you-boy are they gonna be stuck in rough waters when you retire. From what I see, not one other person can do what you do-and be trusted like you are-big shoes to fill when you decide to go- looks like you would do a helluva lot better in a consulting job-Century would be wise to consider all options.
