When you’re arrested that doesn’t mean your convicted, it means you’re accused and you receive a trial. You’re not sentenced to jail or prison until the conclusion of that trial, if you’re found guilty. Do you think it would be better if we just skip the trial part and call everyone that’s arrested guilty and just lock them up forever? Like clockwork the legal experts chiming in about bond.
