I have absolutely no compassion for someone who steals from others, because there's no excuse for it, not to feed your kids or anything else, because there are to many people willing to feed you and your children!!! Thieves care for no one but themselves and they have no problem taking food out our kids mouths or the roof from over their head. So, I ask, why should we have any thoughts or concerns about marking these people in a way that lets everyone know at a glance who they are! I'm not trying to be hateful or barbaric but once we reach a certain age, there should be real penalties for real crimes against others and prison doesn't help.
