What type of stellar communication are you expecting? I’ve worked out west at a utility and I think most envision how simple this can be, but it’s not. They do communications that are required. When you call and speak to them nicely, you would be surprised how nice and informative they are. I check this website and their website. It always seems to have the information needed. It is dangerous if you'd been away during the day and didn't know about the water main break. It wasn't for very long, but the communication has even less than stellar.
