Like you hope this helps with the cost of beef and more availability LOCALLY.
Prices $$$ of meat is because of the GREED of the Processors.
Farmers & Ranchers get a very low profit for their beef, pork, poultry.
Processors buy meats from foreign countries, bring it to the USA to process, wrap, package and ship to stores often marking it as Processed in the USA….which is true but a bit of a stretch.
Really Pleased to see the Poarch Creek Indians moving into this enterprise.
