If they weren’t speeding, how did they end up in the creek? Like someone else said, your driving is supposed to match the road conditions. I have traveled this particular road and many other dirt/clay roads and they are all dangerous when wet. Anyone who has been driving on these roads while wet should know better. Just because the speed limit is 70 on the interstate or 25 on the dirt road, it doesn’t mean you have to drive that fast.

I live by this road and it’s awful, especially when it rains. It needs to be paved when not raining it is bumpy and has gullies.
