Am I the only one who noticed the little cat and all of those bowls that appear to be empty?? Is there a chance he had cat food and cat treats in the trunk of his little car for the cat (or cats) is the reason he’s there?? I guess not since surely the owner would know this! Right? Just curious because this little cat baby does not seem to mind at all that it has a little company AND I can guarantee you that new VIZIO is not a fit for the trunk of his car!

@Ol’ Skinny, he’s presently on supervised release from prison, thus no bond. He entered private property with the intent to steal. Not clear what he stole but he entered the structure after backing up his vehicle (trunk)to it. Can’t get more clear than that. He is a repeat offender. The latest offense was possession and I believe he’s on video in other areas/cases.

Alabama Code Title 13A. Criminal Code § 13A-7-7
(a) A person commits the crime of burglary in the third degree if any of the following occur:

(1) He or she knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime therein;

(2) He or she knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in an occupied building with the intent to commit a crime therein; or

(3) He or she knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in an unoccupied building with the intent to commit a crime therein.

(b) Burglary in the third degree is a Class C felony.

Nothing has to be taken in order to commit burglary in Alabama. There are many possible reasons as to why he was given no bond that may or may not have to do with crime he was charged with (ie Violation of Probation, outstanding warrant)

Interesting to see how they will make the Charge of burglary stick. Walks into an open garage but takes nothing – just wanders around. Could have been waiting to talk to the homeowner about something….
