I agree Rasheed, it seems like our courts have their sentencing guidelines twisted. Real criminals get slap on the wrist while orhers are treated like violent offenders. A person can get more time for a couple of ounces of Cannabis than this woman and she really put lives at risk. Something is wrong with the world today and no one cares to know.

What ever happened to fleeing and eluding a police officer? If the officer had Sirens and Lights Activated with High Speed and Reckless Driving, this could be a second-degree felony charge. that could get you 15 years in prison.
Fleeing and eluding, siren and Lights activated, is a Third-degree felony that carries up to 5 years in prison.
So, what was it? She was, non-compliant to the request of the officers to stop, but to what degree?
She was fleeing. She was traveling in the wrong direction. I would say second degree felony. But I am just a google attorney so what I say means nothing, but something is amiss here.

She should not be able to drive at all. Released paying $100 and I guess she drove home after she was sober?

Think about it, resisting arrest, cost tax payers money to get her stopped and processed. Under influence of alcohol. TOP IT ALL OFF! Going the wrong way on a Federal Interstate system. HOW MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED???. AND ONLY ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR BAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
