You can tell just by the way all the tank bulkhead fittings are welded that these tanks are not double walled.

The State of Florida needs to initiate a review of all Florida Cities whose populations are below current requirements of State Law to incorporate. Those cities who have consistently shown to be mismanaged should have their charters revoked and control returned to the counties which they reside in. This would, without a doubt, include the City of Century for at least the last 20 years.
