FLEA training instructs officers to frisk a detainee as soon as they are apprehended. If they waited until he was inside the jail to frisk him, they need an update on their own policy. Every LEO knows that.

If they had searched him before they went into the jail they would have found the drugs and he wouldn’t be charged with taking drugs into the jail.

Anyone that is caught with FENTYNYL should not be allowed to bond out, He’s a poison peddler, he is directly responsible for the ruination of lives including his. This drug has killed thousands of people, along with all the other poison out there on the street. Justice officials who are allowing this are not serving the public’s trust, and is a direct insult to LEO’s efforts to protect and serve.
