I have known Mr Billy literally ALL MY LIFE. My daddy Gene knew him and spoke of him occasionally and we always bumped into each other somewhere . Mostly anywhere there was a horse event. A sale, a show, a rodeo.. We were there.. I, as an adult, reconnected with him only about 3 yrs ago.. And I certainly wish I would have visited him more, bc he was soo wise..
