I know how bail works. I just think its ludicrous that the justice system keeps putting the public in danger by letting these criminals walk free.

Maybe, but it doesn’t say so. The fact that bail was set at $300,000 doesn’t always mean bail has been paid. Generally it means put up $300,000 which you stand to lose if he doesn’t show up for court or pay out $30,000 which you will never see again regardless.

Cheaper to avoid such situations.

Regardless of previous altercation, dude has no right to pursue an individual with a gun. It’s obvious his life wasn’t threatened at the moment he came into the store. On top of that, old boy doesn’t even know how to properly hold a true pistol grip. Seriously needs some anger management help and proper firearm training. Better yet, he obviously doesn’t need to own a firearm if he’s NOT going to be responsible.

@Bewildered…Police have a total right to protect themselves and preserve their lives, but the problem is when they shoot unarmed individuals. Something about that just doesn’t seem right. I can imagine that it has to be a fearful thing knowing that you may get shot or injured when you are on duty, but I also feel that being a cop is not something the fearful should be doing. A scary person with a weapon is some one you don’t want to encounter. I support law enforcement 100 percent, but being a cop doesn’t necessarily make you a good person. You have bad cops just like you have bad citizens and all criminals should be held accountable. With that being said, I think the older guy in the situation at hand probably didn’t expect the juvenile to be armed and was very unpleasantly surprised. He will probably think twice before pulling a weapon on some one else. He could have been killed…the Heavens was with him!

Century citizen obviously has the proverbial chip on his shoulder. But he inadvertently pointed out using “his things brain” that common sense dictates that anyone should be permitted to shoot if they perceive a lethal threat. Now if we only get society to agree that police should have the same right to preserve their lives….

I take big time affence to the state ment century citizens being century citizens don’t know where your from and don’t care compare century to places like cantonment or ensly where your probably from and tell me how that comes out
