Maybe instead of all the background checks and waiting periods and registering of guns we should have a law that convicted felons cannot own or possess a gun. Oh, wait we do!! I guess the only people following the rules are the law-abiding citizens. So, why all the rules? Before you go all crazy on me, I know why.
