I have had the privilege of working with both of you for 28 years. It has been a pleasure. both of you have been positive contributors to the mill and it is a better place because of your work. Both of you have been willing to step up into positions as safety coordinators, and leadership roles, which at times could be difficult but you were willing to put your feelings aside and be a spokesperson, at times for unpopular policies and or procedure, but you did it and the Mill is a better place and a safer place.
