Had the opportunity to watch the Blues' dress rehearsal yesterday. They are fantastic and they are what make me proud to live in Pensacola.

Growing up in southern California in the '50's and very early '60's we were still taught the military songs like Anchors Aweigh, The Caissons Go Rolling Along, and The Wild Blue Yonder. Too bad our children are no longer taught what it means to be patriotic and proud of our country. These kids are missing out on watching the Blues, while getting goosebumps and tear-filled eyes.
