That's got to be the sorriest P.O.S on earth, and that's telling your granddaughter that it is okay for anyone to hurt her. I'm very sure everyone that lived there knew about this, everyone should be locked up with out a bond. I don't understand how they are able to keep getting charged with new charges and are able to bond out, seems like their bonds should be revoked by now.SMH, they definitely need to be made an example of when it comes to justice for the victim. How are these people making bond? It sounds like the child told their Grabdmother but the Grandmother did nothing.
