Stand your ground.

If a dog attacks, you don’t have time to sober up before defending yourself.
(Better not to drink in the first place, but that’s mostly the Baptist in me.)

Time to overrule the blatantly unconstitutional prohibition on dog-repellants/shoot-in-thar-amongst-’em guns.

(And if it’s your dogs, don’t let them rove to threaten what looks like a nice fellow.)

Drunk or sober- don’t Know how I would react facing two aggressive pit bulls. I walk by one every day while out and about with my 20 lbs. little mutt. Glad the growling pit is behind a 6 ft chain link fence.

I’m so happy I don’t have dimwits for neighbors. This guy is irresponsible…..deadly irresponsible. He deserves whatever punishment comes his way. I hope he has enough sense to learn from it.

I know having the short barreled shotgun will get him in deep trouble.
I’m just wondering if they can really get him for being drunk while using it if they didn’t catch him on the spot using it. He could have hammered down the drinks after the fact. They might as well add a DUI to the charges.

He won’t be laughing long, “sawed off shotgun”…he’s got ATF problems now. Those folks don’t play. He could get ten years for that sawed off shotgun. Can’t believe the judge only gave him that little amount of bond.
