Mr. Boutwell could do so much for Century if he wasn’t hamstrung by the City Council. It’s downright depressing to think about him having to convince them on what’s good for the town of Century and what’s not. Also the Sheriff Simmons needs to infiltrate the Quarters and Backwoods of Century, drugs are rampant in Century. Most locals call it little Prichard.

Would be nice if Sheriff Simmons would have his traffic people to go by the school zones, when they are letting out and all the cars are blocking the road or parked in the “NO PARKING” zone. I know they are waiting to pick up their kids, but that is what the bus is for, not to block the roads for everyone else.
