Are you insane?! Dropping a lane on a blind portion of road ahead…isn’t that like civil engineering 101 for things not to do?? This should be addressed or it will become a bad problem spot fast. Westbound on 9 Mile you have to go past it and make a U turn, eastbound you run the risk of being wrecked because there is no turn in. I don’t understand the positioning of the various cut throughs.
