I was the one hit last night, very fortunate that he was apprehended, He is not the owner of the vehicle. Thanks to the Florida State Highway patrol and a big thanks to the lady who saw it and said she was going to chase him down and probably called it in to the police.

Hit and runs are a scourge in our area. It’s happened to me twice. The last time I was hit, the person stopped and had insurance, thank goodness.

I feel for the victim, the perp will most likely disappear, never righting his wrong. I’m sure that Mr. ELIAS doesn’t have insurance, since he has no license, makes me wonder who’s vehicle he was driving.
