@TommyG… Tell it to the familes of the 1500 or so people who have died from COVID-19 since this *so called* pandemic began. And no, the flu hasn’t killed anywhere close to that many people in Escambia County during that time.

You’re right, we didn’t do any of the radical, crazy, end of the world nonsense like wearing a mask, social distancing, or getting vaccinated until over 900 members of our community died.

But hey, at least you weren’t mildly inconvenienced for 30 seconds. That would have been truly tragic.

A epidemic of influenza is different from the dreaded pandemic.
Seasonal influenze is during any given year.
Correct, the pandemic is not the end of the world. No, life and lives have changed & it is now a different world we live in.

See! We didn’t do all of the radical, crazy, end of the world nonsense as they do in California and New York and the numbers are decreasing. This virus is NOT the end of the world and it isn’t a pandemic. Can we get on with life again?
