Scotceit, I was raised in Miolino and went to Molino school from 1 through 9, also. Nothing is like it was then, drugs, killings, etc. is all you see now. I agree with everything you say. God help us all.

AMEN Old Coach. I was raised at Molino, and went from grades one through nine at the old Molino. School. We had morning deviotions, Bible reading and pledge to the flag. The whole country was so different back then, and people were so much more in touch with Almighty God and His love than precepts than today. Now we have to have home security systems with cameras and cell phones with home alert aps. All law enforcement members were respected as well as the letter of the law was respected. But when the Holy Bible was removed frow schools followed by prayer stopped, the kids no longer had a guide to live by throughout the day, and every evil in the world had a free path to enter into their minds and hearts. God help us all.

Boy, this world is in a big mess and it’s not restricted to one area. Crime is in runaway mode and getting worse. Of course we who are believers knew this would eventually take place. When God is removed from our homes, schools, city, county, state and nation we can’t expect good to happen. I started teaching and coaching in 1975 and stayed for 36 years. It was evident that this nation was on a downhill slide.
Knowing that though we can’t give up. We have to continue a message of hope to those around us. We can’t ever give up doing good and loving our neighbor as ourselves.
