You missed the very first sentence!!! This trash has been in trouble since elementary school. Your example is correct and some kids are parented correctly and still get in trouble. That’s not my point. These kids were never parented at all by either parent much less a mother and a father in the same household. My examples point to the career and habitual felony offenders who are NOT in jail where they belong because they are put on probation as juvenile offenders and supervised by guess who,,Their parents. Just log on it’s all there in black and white. And if that doesn’t disgust you enough the school system is passing them to the next grade year after year.
