But, my residence is not close enough (5 miles) to get sprayed with dangerous chemicals. We rarely travel to Cantonment due to the train situation. Several years ago we moved from Molino because of the train crossing on Hwy. 29 became worse after living in Molino for 10 years. My wife and I thought about if we had an emergency, and the train was blocking the road, then those few minutes could mean life or death. It's a good thing for the public to know about and hear the emergency alerts at surrounding plants. I heard and felt the blasts from the explosion in 2017 at International.
