You people can make whatever judgements you want to about this man. Check out the Clerk of Courts online court records and read the arrest reports. From convicted felon, to methamphetamine dealer, to heroin possession, to now vehicular homicide. Now that being said, I think the system has failed to keep Randy off the streets and this is the fatal result. Remember, all of the records are online. Check it out. I pray for the family of the deceased.

Freak accident…please…
All his court cases over the years where he violated the law over and over and over again was "Freak Related " also?
All of his court cases were right on with convictions from many many traffic drug, and other crimes were to lenient.
He abused the people, the court and now a young nurse whose life was taken by him.
What is "Freak Related" is people trying to make excuses for him. He is as grown man, he owns this tragic death…his punishment and his "Freakish" escapes from justice are over. Stop making excuses for him or anyone …and they are many nationwide.."who freakishly drunkenly killing people "
You might want to look in the mirror and tell the truth and shame the devil.
No excuse for taking this lady's life..that's anyone in this manner.
Personally, he would never see the light of day if I sentenced him…gray bars for life without the possibility of parole

What a terrible event. I can’t believe that he still had a valid driver’s license. All those drug related offenses…Geez. I’m so sorry for the victim, her family, work colleagues, and loved ones. There are so many options these days–an Uber, a cab, a couch, abstinence, an AA meeting, etc.

Productive member of society? This man has been locked up over 13 times, and the majority of the arrests are traffic-related. Lock him up and keep him there!

Christina Christiansen, I know the victim and her family very well. How dare you say it was a freak accident?? He was arrested for DUI and there are witnesses that he was obviously driving impaired. He killed an amazing nurse that dedicated her life to helping others. She was a beautiful person, inside and out that never hurt anyone. Her family, friends and coworkers are totally devastated by his stupid decision. Their lives will never be the same without her. He absolutely should be charged with murder and since you seem to know his condition that morning so well and you allowed him to get behind the wheel when he was impaired, you should be charged as well.

This was my cousin that he killed. He was drunk. Plain and simple.
