Where is the DUE DATE on the ECUA website ? The system won’t let me see it!

Why couldn’t they just tell us the problem instead of letting us worry about our bill . I also called about my bill and told it was mailed. Were they lying? Not good customer service in my opinion!

Thank you for letting people know about the late arriving ECUA bills. Ours arrived on the 20th and was due the next day. Happy to hear no late charges will be assessed.

Thanks for the info William. Last months came two days before it was due, and I haven’t gotten this month’s yet. I am very serious about my credit rating, and I sure don’t want ECUA or the Postal Service to mess it up.

I was also told the bill went out Sept 3rd. My bill is usually due on the 22nd of the month. I called on the 20th and the lady said it had been mailed.

ECUA kept telling me that they mailed my bill on September 3rd. Now I know they did not. I still have not received it, so I finally went on line and paid it. William, thanks for this article because I was really worried that the postal service had really messed up and was worried about all my other bills.
