Criminal behavior rarely stops due to incarceration. They just find friends of like minded behavior that teach them more tricks of their trade. I bet if he gets sentenced after the due process of law, that he will cost taxpayers more money than he is now. You will feed him, clothe him, bathe him, house him and likely provide repeated medical emergency care as he self harms to get a hospital trip to get high. Personally feel that if we exterminated rapists, pedophiles and gang members we could probably actually curb criminality because appropriate care could be provided for mentally ill or those addicted to substances.

What I dont get is SOMEONE posted his bail money. Why do those same people not intercede with the person BEFORE they commit a crime? Spending good money for bad.

Stealing is one of the crimes that will get rehabbed with some actual prison time, because inmates do not like a thief. After he goes klepto in there a couple times, they’ll tune him up and he’ll learn his lesson quickly. Send him off.

I know it’s easy to blame the judges. They go by the law. Years ago, their leeway was cut way down. They have no choice. I am for stricter sentencing guidelines.

Excellent job and thank you ECSO. NOW….he’s been RELEASED on bond so he can steal from us again???? What about our stolen property???? We need judges who will THROW the book at these people and put them away until their day in court. We now have a very fine jail facility that will keep them until court date. DON’T let them out so they can steal again or flee to another state. We the people DEMAND incarceration until court date. C’MON JUDGE….help us out and do your job.

Why let this worthless scum out of jail?. evidently he has had his day in court resulting in a felony conviction, and his rehabilitation only honed his theft skills – put him in prison and keep him there
