A man in Portland robbed a bank, stashed the money, turned himself in, was released the same day, robbed a bank next to the first one, stashed the money, turned himself in, was released THE SAME DAY! and robbed one final bank, turned himself in, was released and he made it home in time for dinner. Considering the above stories a $3000 bond is actually a step in the right direction....
