Why not have a breathalyzer in every vehicle, as well as something that test for drugs? It's a solution to the problem, but I'm willing to bet that the majority of society would be against such things, because this is a bigger problem than people want to accept. What ever we are doing to stop this is definitely not working. Day after day people still, and will keep doing this and we will read about it or worse be victims. I wish I had the answer to stop it 100%. This is a nationwide issue,not a local issue. His heart is broken too along with his family and the victims families.
