Not only will the landowner be making some nice lease income from the site, but all mobile and EMS traffic will improve out this way if this comes to fruition. . Since cell towers are all shared between carriers (they pay to use each others' towers) this should improve mobile service for most of us, regardless of our personal carrier, and adds to better mobile and packet data (text and other transmissions) after a storm.
