The one by our house has always been severely under staffed since it opened. You have to continually wait for someone to check you out. Use to have a bell you could ring. The Associate said they had to stop using it because management said it wasn’t professional. I guess it is more professional to leave us standing there wondering if anyone is working. Just saying, no such thing as Customer Service any more. We’re to blame as the consumers no longer take the time to call & complain about the service or the high ups just don’t care. It’s every where, even before Covid, so it’s not like you can stop shopping at one place and go some where else that has better service. Only store that is awesome is Dillards! As a consumer take the time to complain and hopefully things will change. I hope the associate it ok. This can be traumatic.

These store owners can’t afford a surveillance system? Good Lord! As many times as it’s been robbed, you’d think the owners would have better sense.

Sad to say all Dollar Generals are easy targets. The stores have a high turn over rate due to not having the proper staffing. Managers are to worried about staying under in their payroll so their bounous will be a good . I have seen stores with only one running the store. Totally uncalled for.

Earlier today while I was at practice for JROTC at pine forest high school. and we heard sirens thinking it was the volunteer fire department heading to a fire!. But I’m truly shocked that this had happened
