In order to keep these people in jail, the laws have to be changed. LEO’s and Judges only enforce what’s on the books….petition your representatives.

He is literally known for doing stuff like this when he is high. He’s crazy! He asked me for a ride one time while he was running down the street claiming people were chasing him trying to kill him, but there was nobody there (he said he seen them). This is drug induced psychosis and I hope he gets the help he needs. He has pulled a gun on me before while I was stopped at a light (he was walking in the road) and I’m thankful my kids were not in the car at the time. Cops won’t do anything about it though.

I understand that bail is set according to the crime and certain circumstances, but this seems way to light of a bond for trying to run a person over with a car. The report doesn’t mention whether he knew the person he was trying to run over or if it was just a random victim. I just pray this guy is put away before harms an innocent person.

I knew it was just a matter of time something was going to happen again this man is crazy when he is on his (high). Glad the lady is ok, because I’ve seen him run up and down the road with no clothes , screaming and hiding , like something was going to get him !
