underpaid and working in a brutal job cost the taxpayers in retraining , paperwork by the HR department . Turnover at this rate is not good for anyone . Who wants that kind of job ? Who can get good at a job when turnover is constant . Ms Coale will do better , who wouldn’t do better than a job apparently no one can stand to have .

Dear steve, you have no clue. What they are paying the PR director is less than you make at walmart if you just go by pay/hours. It’s a brutal job.

less than two years on the job and she can’t take it anymore . Something “ stinks “ in this county . We deserve better . What did this cost the taxpayers ?
