Everyone is posting negative comments but I just have to say this. Think about his family. About his kids. Thats the saddest part of all. People don’t ever talk about that when they are ripping on someone. Yea he made mistakes, as long as he learns from them and turns his life around what business is it of yours? Mind your business nosey nancies. I hope this man gets the help he desperately needed years ago.

Ten years is a bit much. Five years for Trafficking and Possession should be sufficient for Michanowiczs to change his life around. Our prisons are full and more space is needed to put people behind bars for worse crimes. Michanowiczs’ customers will find their drugs from other peddlers. It’s not stopping anything, but maybe slowing down the sell of drugs for awhile. Where does it state that Michanowicz used drugs? Selling them doesn’t mean he is using them. I know many of you will think I’m all for selling and using drugs. NO, to that answer, just trying to make sense of the ten years. Others get ten years for manslaughter, child abuse, sexual assault, and Michanowicz hasn’t hurt anyone. Drug buyers/users can get help if they needed it. Michanowicz didn’t drag them to his house to buy, or force their mouths open to ingest.

I agree dude should get prison, just as I deserved. Not as much time as you clowns would advocate for if you had any influence on that. You people are garbage

Is because of people like this man who are selling illegal drugs that are causing numerous overdoses and deaths from unsafe illegal street drugs. Meanwhile, millions of chronic pain patients can’t get pain relieving opioids safely manufactured from pharmaceutical companies for painful incurable conditions and our physicians brave enough to treat chronic pain are being targeted and set up by the DEA. The DEA pretending to have chronic pain with faked,but real medical records and imaging trying to get that opioid pain medication script, and when the doctor gives it, the doctor is then prosecuted, charged with a felony. Losing not only their medical license, but everything they have ever worked for. Doctors work and treat patients to the best of their knowledge and should be protected from Fear and prosecution. Meanwhile, chronic pain patients looking to the streets for pain relief overdoses and die or commit suicide. Chronic pain can happen to anyone in an instance. You’re 1 surgery, one accident away from chronic pain or one autoimmune disease away, cancer sickle cell. You name it, all of these are painful and most of the time incurable diseases. Opioid hysteria from the doctors office but overdose and death from illicit fentanyl and illegal drugs. Recently 93,000 overdoses and deaths from illegal drugs. You can die from a heart attack but if you have an opioid in your system, you’re listed as dying from an opioid not the heart attack which actually killed you. Thank you Baldwin and Escambia sheriff department from taking one more illegal drug dealer off the streets and saving the lives that may overdose and die because of this man’s actions. You don’t get enough thank yous!!
