When you have a gun in your hand and ask for money it's robbery. Also, I don't think the report is clear, says he left with a "small amount of cash". MAYBE when they opened the cash drawer to give him $5.00 he pulled the gun and took more. Otherwise, why not say he left with $5.00. Where did the 15 year old get the gun? Makes terrible decisions. Get's in trouble with the law! Is the Parent at fault? or the Child? Before you answer the question and judge, in my example, the parent is Jehovah God and the Child is named Adam. We all have free will. A model home doesn't guarantee a model citizen and a poor home doesn't guarantee a troubled child.
