A few years back I was on my way fishing and there was a man laying in the road arguing with a woman. They were both out of it. It right close to the IHOP. I saw her in the lights but wouldn’t have seen him until it was too late. The Police need to crack down on that area. It's too hard to find the nearest crosswalk and press the metal button on the post to safely cross. This is a common occurrence around Pensacola.
