@William 2 – Actually, you only have to serve 85% in the Feds if you have no shots (write-ups) during your stay. Also, he will receive a year of halfway house, in addition to he will get credit for any time in jail before trial. So, the time he’ll actually spend in the fed pen will be probably less than 100 months.

@JTV I agree 100% the knives should have given him a minimum of 20 yrs because we know that the knives aren’t for slicing tomatoes.
