If I recall, after he hit the lady he took off and abandoned the car he was driving not far away off Blue Angel Pkwy. I couldn’t understand how they weren’t able to find the driver but perhaps it was a stolen car. Glad to hear he was finally apprehended. The fact he’s been walking around and living his life the last nine months knowing what he did speaks volumes about the quality of this individual.

our baby brother was killed by a hit and run driver in another state. This person that hit him did not want to stop at a red light and so he ran it and killed a young man that is very precious part of our lives. In that state there are no laws to place mandatory charges against someone breaking the law and taking a life in the process that is vehicular homicide. They do not have vehicular homicide. This person did not even lose his license. We understand wanting justice for this family. The pain stays forever and life is never the same for the family left behind. At least Fl is a state that has laws to protect the victims. The person that killed our bro never even got a day in jail. The law needs to change in these states.

This worthless piece of crap needs to rot in hell for his actions. I realize accident’s happen but to hit a pedestrian and leave them on the side of the road like a piece of garbage is unacceptable. I hope he dies in prison for his actions.

After more than 30 years as a career criminal and some 40+ criminal cases, maybe now his opportunity to live within a free society will be permanently revoked. Its time to send him away to State Prison for the rest of his life. All of society will be better for it.
