My father in law is 93 years old, and still supports a 65+ old son who is a alcoholic /drug addict, The son has been in and out of rehab for 35 years, wrecked vehicles, DUI’d in several states, driven without a license( jerry rigs the blow meter device on the ignition) …..Dad wouldn’t listen to his wife or other sons and this has ruined his relationships with his responsible sons. The enabled son broke his mother’s heart before she died. This addict caused mayhem his entire adult life. The dad to this 40 something ‘adult’ has got to stand up for himself ASAP, it’s not going to improve without tough love.

It is heartbreaking and sickening to see this repeated behaviour.
This 43 year old is responsible for her own life and actions. To continue to return to her father’s home..to destroy what belongs to someone else..to abuse an elderly person. JUST BECAUSE HE IS HER FATHER is past being a shame.
If she did this at another’s home she would probably end up shot and killed. She should also be charged with domestic violence.
I for one am sick and tired of people’s actions being blamed on the drugs. DRUGS ARE A CHOICE..if they do them till it destroys them that was their choice every step of the way. Society needs to stop pampering them and keep them licked up.

That woman should be ashamed. No one should attack their parent especially one that’s a senior. This man needs to practice tough love. It’s obvious she has been a danger to him for years. He needs to turn his back and press charges. She needs to face consequences for her action!!

WHY, if u have a Domestic violence injunction against the individual, child or not, would u allow THAT PERSON BACK into your home.? WHY!? And it should be punishable by law to have an injunction and be the one to invite the other in or around u and the residence. And , apparently this has been an ongoing issue. So for this gal to keep doing the same thing , thinking there will be a different end result, is the definition of insane.. I think she has been enabled all her life and that is how she has got to be 43 yrs old, still living with her parent.. Not doing anything productive with her life. That started with the parents. They created the monster and continue to feed it. Come on parents. Tough Love!!

I feel so bad for the dad… I’m a father too and I would never want my child homeless or living on the street… even with an injunction for his own safety he let her in. His only crime loving his child.

Miss thang you are 43… it is not too late… get help… you still have a chance! Get a handle on your life before your dad dies or all you are going to have for memories is the Hell you are put your father through. At his age the man doesn’t deserve the treatment. He should be enjoying family and grandchildren.

Escambia County Clerk records show court cases started around 2015 with Domestic Violence, Battery, theft, credit card fraud, and violating domestic orders, and they have continued to this day. Amazingly enough, never show her being in the Florida Prison system or on probation even though she was convicted of a felony in 2018. Seems deeply disturbed.
