The woman, whatever her problem (not thinking correctly), should receive a big bill from the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and Dive Team and be charged with “reckless driving”.

Wendell, Speak for yourself. A person could have got out of the truck. A person is the reason the truck ended up where it is. An innocent dog would have had nothing to do with it and I personally, would find it more distressing for a dog to have been hurt in this wreck. People can be so evil. And some are stupid enough to do this. Leave the animals out of it. And I hope and pray u have no pets. With the mindset u have, u certainly do not deserve any!
