Farmhill bond amount are set by the police department.the courts have nothing to do with this fact.but they are biased against see offenders which this guy will end up as one.

Farm hill I totally agree with you. Makes you wonder. One is a robber who terrorized the clerk and probably will do so again in another store given a chance. The other is a stupid drunk, not trying to seduce a minor, just sort of like : kiss me where the sun doesn’t shine.., 3 times the bond amount. Moral of the story: don’t get involved in a parking fee dispute in Santa Rosa County

Farmhill- bond is usually based on a schedule that Judges can lower or increase based on the circumstances of the crime…intent, weapon, past criminal history, etc. I agree though. Some criminals make you want to throw away the key…or worse.

I don’t pretend to understand the discrepancy. This man gets a $10,000 bond for robbery. Another man gets $29,000 bond for exposing himself. There seems to be no rhyme or reason the way criminal bonds are set.
